SoulCollage® cards are for personal use and SoulCollage® does not advocate infringing on the copyrighted work of others in any way so my card cannot be shared here. But my courageous strength SoulCollage® card is the outline of a figure in seated meditation. In the head is a circle of clay. In the body are hands centered over a heart. And the seat is made up of a white tiger. The entire figure is collaged on top of a giant sunflower.
What I realized is that my strength comes from my compassion.
My compassion towards myself.
It also comes from my connection.
My connection with my creator and allowing myself to be molded.
It’s only when I stay tuned into light and love that I can have the courage to continue to show up, be seen and live brave.
Believe me, left to my recovering negative and fearful mind it would say everything is hopeless and overwhelming and better to stay home.
The lion/tiger is also a meaningful symbol to me, as when I was just becoming a psychotherapist 11 years ago my training co-therapist and I exchanged lions with each other to help us remember to be courageous and trust ourselves and our power and our voices.
Tuesday, we will be exploring these three things that Brené says we need to take with us on the journey, that are the foundation for a WholeheARTed life.
The special kick-off class on courage, compassion, and connection is only $5, so I hope you will come and see what it’s all about.
*Please note, I am NOT a SoulCollage® Faciliator (as of July 2020 I am). I am just applying information for my personal use from a program and Seena B. Frost’s book, SoulCollage® Evolving.
