RESOURCES

•Emotions and Essential Oils by Enlighten- learning more about each oil's benefits makes me want to use them for my needs and create gifts for others and this is probably my most favorite resource.

•Modern Essentials by Aroma Tools- this was the first book I bought on oils and it is a great resource for help with physical symptoms (it has  a whole index sorted by issue), a history of essential oils, and you can learn about the chemical constituents, properties and ways to apply and use each oil. There are many different editions and pricing (I have the 8th edition) and the link is for the 11th edition released in 2019.

•doTERRA's Facebook Page– they are always sharing information and sales/specials like BOGO

•Elena Brower on Instagram and her facebook group: Essential Education– make sure you watch her stories as she always inspires me with her diffusing blends and information and her facebook group is full of great learning topic videos. I also enjoy Aromahead's posts on Instagram.

Please note: I've been learning about essential oils since October 2016. I am a wellness advocate for doTERRA and can help you with learning about and purchasing certified therapeutic grade essential oils. I am not an aromatherapist or medical doctor and none of this is intended to be medical advice in any way. I'm just sharing what I know at one moment in time and encourage you to always discover and research on your own and your choice to use essential oils is at your own risk.

Essential oils are so in demand this day. People are already well informed of the benefits that they can get in using essential oils. I myself use different oils, I sometimes combine them to achieve the benefit it can give. Lavender and peppermint are a must especially if you're suffering from insomnia. I have an allergic rhinitis and asthma, essential oil helps me to boost my immune system to avoid my asthma attack.
