Creativity and Play & Rest

This card makes me happy.

Literally, it’s my happy place.

It shows a human figure in a creek  with arms wide and face up to the sky. There is a river otter that is much bigger than the figure also collaged in. SoulCollage® cards are for personal use and SoulCollage® does not advocate infringing on the copyrighted work of others in any way so that is why my card cannot be shared here.

Magic Run Photography: Discovering Birds

“You do not have to be good.
You do not have to walk on your knees
for a hundred miles through the desert, repenting.
You only have to let the soft animal of your body
love what it loves.
Tell me about despair, yours, and I will tell you mine.
Meanwhile the world goes on.
Meanwhile the sun and the clear pebbles of the rain
are moving across the landscapes,
over the prairies and the deep trees,
the mountains and the rivers.
Meanwhile the wild geese, high in the clean blue air,
are heading home again.
Whoever you are, no matter how lonely,
the world offers itself to your imagination,
calls to you like the wild geese, harsh and exciting –
over and over announcing your place
in the family of things.”
-Mary Oliver

Magic Run Photography

From the movie Yes Man:

Allison:    I know our music isn't that mainstream, but I love doing it
                     It's like my photography.
I know there isn't much demand for blurry photos taken while running, but ...

Carl Allen: I wasn't going to say anything.

Allison:   You know, who cares?
                    The world is a playground.
You know that when you're a kid, but somewhere along the way everyone forgets it.

Carl Allen: I love your music.
Everyone can take a photo standing still.

Creativity x2

Creativity and Intuition & Trusting Faith

Well, I guess I have to use my intuition and trusting faith to re-write about this card as, for someone reason, it disappeared from my word document. SoulCollage® cards are for personal use and SoulCollage® does not advocate infringing on the copyrighted work of others in any way, so my card cannot be shared here, but my card has two collaged images on it: a bunny resting in a nest-like setting with its back to us, and a woman also with her back to us, who is stretching out her arms and the shawl she is wearing.

Creativity and Gratitude & Joy

This was the first SoulCollage® card I ever made. SoulCollage® cards are for personal use and SoulCollage® does not advocate infringing on the copyrighted work of others in any way so my card cannot be shared here. But please imagine a bright yellow background with a female figure reaching towards a hand in the sky. There are also two other collaged images on it - a dog with a butterfly and a smiling woman holding a goat.
